To schedule online:
1. Create a new user account or log in to your account to schedule an appointment.
2. Choose your service from the left column.
3. Choose your time. You may adjust the time by hovering over the time and editing it. The time must include am or pm.
If you don't see what you need, please call or text the spa at (970) 925-2278.
The schedule can be fluid -- to be added to the waitlist, email pila@heavenonearthaspen.com with the date(s) and time(s)you want and your phone number.

Cancellation Policy:
Single appointments require a minimum of 24-hours to cancel the appointment.
Couples appointments (duo's) require 48-hour's notice.
Same day appointments are considered confirmed.
A 100% cancellation fee will be applied to all late and no-show appointments.
Booking an appointment is an acknowledgment of these terms and means you comply with the cancellation policy.
