Click the arrows next to the current date to navigate to a different date. Click the “Available” tab to see open time slots
Create new participations by clicking an available event. Click existing participations to edit them, in the event where they were created. The table below shows who can create or edit participations. The administrator determines which information needs to be entered and who can make changes to the schedule. When a window is in the way you can simply move it by dragging its title bar.
| Who can create a login name: | Anyone who knows the web address can create a login name. |

| Who can add participations: | Users have to log in to add something |
| Who can change participations: | Anyone who can add something, can change their own participations |
