You can navigate to a different date by clicking the arrows next to the current date. You can select between different views of the schedule, for example, you can show a whole month or a single day by clicking the corresponding tab.
Create new Availables by clicking on an empty spot in the schedule. You can edit previously created Availables by clicking on them. The table below indicates who is allowed to create or edit Availables. The administrator determines which information needs to be entered and who can make changes to the schedule. When a window is in the way you can simply move it by dragging its title bar.
| Who can create a login name: | Only users specified in advance by the administrator can log in. |
| Who can see the schedule: | Anyone who knows the web address can see it |
| Who can add Availables: | Only the administrator or superusers can add something |
| Who can change Availables: | Only the administrator or superusers can make changes |
