Click the arrows next to the current date to navigate to a different date. You can switch between different schedule views—for example, a full month or a single day—by selecting the corresponding option. Click the “Available” option to see open time slots
Create new reservations by clicking an available slot. Click existing reservations to edit them, in the slot where they were created. The table below shows who can create or edit reservations. The administrator determines which information needs to be entered and who can make changes to the schedule. When a window is in the way you can simply move it by dragging its title bar.
