Help for schedule Appointments

The on-line is constantly being improved. (To see all openings by week or month on a phone/tablet, click "Select Desktop" at bottom of screen.)

  1. If you are registered to use this schedule, click 'Sign In' (top right on desktop/laptop; bottom on mobile/tablet). If you are not registered, you will be asked to do so at Step 6.
  2. New patients must be booked by the Practitioner; please email davidip@westlakeclinic.ca or phone 306-790-9378.
  3. Click on "Day", "Week", or "Month" to view available schedule. 
  4. Please book according to Start time category.
  5. Blue appointment blocks are taken. Grey boxes are available. Left column appointments of each day start on the hour; right column appointments on the half-hour. *This screen is limited on Smartphones.*
  6. Click an empty time slot; a "New Appointment" window will open.
  7. Enter phone number(s).
  8. Select "Treatment or Assessment" type. 
  9. To review your upcoming appointments, click "Agenda" below.

Navigating the schedule

You can navigate to a different date by clicking the arrows next to the current date. You can switch between showing a single resource or all of them by clicking the resource selector. You can select between different views of the schedule, for example, you can show a whole month or a single day by clicking the corresponding tab. You can get a list of available places in the calendar by clicking on the ‘Available’ tab.

Creating appointments

Create new appointments by clicking on an empty spot in the schedule. You can edit previously created appointments by clicking on them. The table below indicates who is allowed to create or edit appointments. The administrator determines which information needs to be entered and who can make changes to the schedule. When a window is in the way you can simply move it by dragging its title bar.

Access settings for this schedule

Who can create a login name:Anyone who knows the web address can create a login name.
Who can see the schedule:Anyone who knows the web address can see it
Who can add appointments:Patients have to log in to add something
Who can change appointments:Anyone who can add something, can change their own appointments
