- If you are registered to use this schedule, click 'Sign In' (top right on desktop/laptop; bottom on mobile/tablet). If you are not registered, you will be asked to do so at Step 6.
- New patients must be booked by the Practitioner; please email davidip@westlakeclinic.ca or phone 306-790-9378.
- Click on "Day", "Week", or "Month" to view available schedule.
- Please book according to Start time category.
- Blue appointment blocks are taken. Grey boxes are available. Left column appointments of each day start on the hour; right column appointments on the half-hour. *This screen is limited on Smartphones.*
- Click an empty time slot; a "New Appointment" window will open.
- Enter phone number(s).
- Select "Treatment or Assessment" type.
- To review your upcoming appointments, click "Agenda" below.
