*For ongoing participants, requesting appointments 1-2 weeks in advance is preferred. However, at minimum, please set or alter any appointments for the upcoming week by Saturday night.
*If you are attempting to book an appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will have to message us instead to be manually entered. Please avoid this when possible.
*In the "note" section of your booking, type the actual time you will be arriving and departing.
* If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. We appreciate at least 24 hours notice unless it is an unforeseen emergency. Last minute cancellations are Non-Refundable due to the inability to fill the cancelled “slot”.
