COVID-19 If you are not feeling well, have any coughing or flu like symptoms or respiratory symptoms, we are asking that you stay home until your symptoms are completely gone.  If someone in your household is sick, we are asking you to stay home.  Our mask policy is in effect and must be worn upon entry and exit of our studios.  Please wash your hands prior to your training session.  If you are currenlty out of Canada or have recently been out of Canada we are asking you to self isolate for 14 days as a precaution to the safety of you and our members.

Please ensure that you sign up to training classes at least 2 hours in advance. Thank you
