EN: This course covers different methods to improve your endurance, strength, overall fitness, how to warm up effectively and manage your session to avoid injuries.
To access this module, you are asked to be already comfortable in our black routes (5C top roping). If you have a higher level, even better.
Mondays from 19:00 to 21:00
60 euro if you have a subscription with us.
100 euro if you don't have a subscription with us, including the course, the entrance to the gym and the renting of the shoes.
