The Bellingham VIN lane is open for inspections 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (except holidays).

A new week is added on Tuesdays at approximately 11am. No walk ins are allowed, vehicles will be seen by a scheduled appointment only.
