If you can't log in, here are some solutions to your questions.
I have signed up but I didn't recieve an email with the activation link. What to do?
Check your student email you signed up with and don't forget to check your junk mail.
I checked my student email inbox and junk mail but still no activation link. What to do?
You might have entered the wrong email. (e.g. @ju.se instead of @student.ju.se) - Try signing up again with "@student.ju.se".
I clicked the activation link in the email. But I can't log in with my email and password. What to do?
You might have entered the wrong email. (e.g. @ju.se instead of @student.ju.se) - Doublecheck your spelling in the email.
OR You have probably made a type-o when you entered your password during the signup. Contact us via email/messenger and we will reset your password for you
