Online reservation form for the CMU School of Art MFAs - DH C202 (Woodshop)
Instructions: This is to provide the 2nd and 3rd year SoArt MFAs additional access to the Doherty Hall Woodshop. Please don't abuse this privelage.
Reservations:
- Please make sure that you log any time that you use in the shop. In the even that someone is afflicted with COVID-19, this allows us to react promptly by cleaning affected spaces and notifiying anyone who may have come into contact with the afflicted person.
- If you need to borrow any of the hand tools, please use the short-term check out sheet
- Once the shop is up and running, you must use and adhere to the main Woodshop reservation calendar during operating hours.
ALL university safety precautions must be followed at all times.
These include:
- Wearing a mask at all times, even if you are alone in a room
- Disinfecting objects and equipment before AND after use
- Maintaining 6 ft. of social distance whenever possible
- Respecting the occupancy number posted on all rooms
