The Band Trailer is back open on a probationary basis. Devon has asked that any band that requests to use the trailer meet with him prior. Please do so.
Additionally, this must be a space that is well maintained by the individuals that use it. Housekeeping/Devon are not there to clean up after everyone and we expect that as adults you will be able to use the space responsibly and respectfully. Again, this is not a guaranteed space on campus. We need your help to keep it here.
How to reserve time:
Click a free area on the schedule and include your name, email and phone number. Campus Safety needs this info.
To get into the trailer, you can get the key from Campus Safety (Johnson Tower).
Reserve one hour at a time, for a maximum of three consecutive hours.
Please list the band name you will be playing under or the students you will be playing with so as to avoid one group taking multiple high-priority slots. This space belongs to everyone and should not be monopolized for personal benefit.
Rules of the Band Trailer:
No drinking, smoking, drugs, partying, or concerts.
Please utilize the sign in binder. This is immensely important for us to track useage and any issues. We'll check it weekly but if you notice anything that is broken and want us to know, let us know via email.
One violation of these rules will result in the Band Trailer closing for everyone--so be respectful and keep the space available for the future!
Be courteous and break down a few minutes early so that the next group can have their full time.
PLEASE make sure you return the key to Campus Safety when you are finished in the trailer. Failure to do so will result in penalties to future use of the trailer.
