Payment Policy All lessons must be paid in full at time of booking. Any cheques are payable to the Ottawa Glassblowing Co-op, 957C Gladstone Ave, Ottawa ON K1Y 3E5. Returned Cheques We charge a $25.00 processing fee for any returned cheques. Our Refund Policy is included in our Terms & Conditions. Finished Work You are expected to collect your finished work within 30 days of the last day of your course or lesson. Any work left after 30 days will become property of the OGC. In the event of unreasonable conduct, the OGC reserves the unconditional right to terminate a student’s enrollment in a private lesson. All the above terms and conditions apply to any lessons added to this registration.
