Terms & Conditions

Booking Availability:

• Bookings open on the 1st of each month for the following two months. This means that bookings can be made for any date within the next two calendar months.

  Example: On June 1st, bookings can be made for any date in July and August.

   

Booking Confirmation:

• Please ensure your booking includes the necessary time for both setup and teardown.
• Upon receiving your booking request, an invoice will be sent to your email within the next 3 working days for confirmation.
• Your booking is only confirmed upon successful payment.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made at least 3 working days prior to the scheduled booking date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 working days in advance will not be refunded.
• To submit a refund request, please email accounts@allhearts.com.sg or WhatsApp us at 88586148 (Monday-Friday,10am-6pm).
