Notarize Document Schedule

This is the Northampton City Clerk's schedule for Notarizing Documents by the City Clerk. Notaries are public officials who serve as a witness of the signing of important documents.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Your document must be UNSIGNED uppon arrival.
• Bring a state-issued photo ID, or a passport.
• We cannot offer legal advice; we may deny service if your request is outside the scope of what a Notary is allowed by law to perform.
