Du må bestille en time for passfornyelse på denne nettsiden. Hvis du ikke kan se noen ledige timer, betyr det at ambassaden er fullbooket. Nye timer legges ut jevnlig. Det er ikke mulig å bestille time via e-post eller telefon.
Dersom du kun skal gi samtykke for utstedelse av pass eller nasjonalt ID-kort til barnet ditt, har ambassaden drop-in på mandager og torsdager mellom kl. 14.00-15.00 for dette. Vennligst ikke bestill time, dersom du skal avgi samtykke.

VIKTIG: Maks 1 søker per time. Dersom det er flere søkere, må det bestilles en time per person. F.eks. hvis du har 3 barn som skal fornye passene sine, må du bestille 3 timer.
Ingen får komme inn på ambassaden uten en avtale.

Welcome to the Embassy in Addis Ababas’s online booking system.
You must book an appointment on this website to renew your passport. If you cannot see any available appointments, the Embassy is fully booked. New appointments are added regularly. It is not possible to book an appointment via e-mail or phone.
If you only need to give consent for a passport or national ID card for you child, the Embassy is open for drop-ins on Mondays and Thursdays between 2 and 3 pm. Kindly do not book an appointment if you only wish to give consent.
Prepare for your visit by reading the information on our website. We cannot process your application if you arrive without the required documents.
IMPORTANT: Only 1 applicant per appointment. If there are multiple applicants, one appointment must be booked per person. For example, if you have 3 kids that need to renew their passports, you will need to book 3 appointments.
You will be denied entry to the Embassy without an appointment.
