XR Immersive Media Lab Reservation Calendar
This reservation calender is for CAMD users ONLY and for individual computers spaces in the XR Immersive Media Lab.
NOTICE:
From December 15th - 19th, the lab will be open from 9AM to 5PM. The XRIML will close for reservations December 20th and reopen January 7th. Files saved on lab PCs may be wiped, please backup any files saved on any PCs in the lab.
Please reach out to the manager for inquires on reservations for courses, events, reserving for groups larger than three, needing additional space/PC stations and if you're not a CAMD user seeking access to the lab.
LAB LOCATIONS/ RESERVATION RESOURCES:
XR in the Testing Room -
PC1 to PC9 is for XR uses. Individual PC stations dedicated for roomscale XR.
Development Room -
PC12 to PC18 for XR development and 360 video editing. Individual PC stations dedicated for editing 360 videos, working in Unity/Unreal Engine or other uses in stationary mode.
Classroom -
PC10 and PC11 for XR research, motion capture sessions and those wanting a seperate space for roomscale XR.
IMPORTANT:
- Supersaas reservations are for individual users only. Please reach out to the Manager for classes, events or group reservation needs.
- PC reservations include one roomscale or stationary space.
- No shows after 30 minutes will be emailed and reservations canceled.
- NO FOOD OR DRINK in any of the LAB SPACES.
- Please include details in the reservation description about additional resources needed.
- Reservations can be up to 4 hours with a maximum of 6 reservations per day.

Weekdays: 9:00AM - 8:00PM
Weekends: 12:00PM - 6:00PM
Holidays: CLOSED
