XR Immersive Media Lab Reservation Calendar
ACADEMIC YEAR 2024 - 2025
This reservation calender is for CAMD users ONLY and for individual computers spaces in the XR Immersive Media Lab.
Please reach out to the manager for inquires on reservations for courses, events, groups larger than 3 and if you're not a CAMD user seeking access to the lab.
HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION:

LAB LOCATIONS/ RESERVATION RESOURCES:
XR in the Testing Room -
PC1 to PC9 is for XR uses. Please reserve one of those PCs if you plan on utilizing XR as those PCs have the dedicated space in the Testing Room.
Development Room -
PC12 to 16 and the iMac01 are computers that can be reserved for editing 360 videos, development in Unity/Unreal Engine or used for anything not needing a XR headset.
Classroom -
PC10, PC11 and XR Research PC is only for XR Student Researchers or those wanting a space separate from others to experience or research XR.
IMPORTANT:
- Lab use is for CAMD Students and Faculty only.
- No Shows after 30 minutes will have their reservation canceled and made available for others.
- NO FOOD OR DRINK in any of the LAB SPACES.
- Please include details in the reservation description on what you are working on in the lab as well as any other resources needed.
- Those making reservations are responsible for any signed out equipment and cleaning after use.
- Reservations are limited to 4 reservations per day up to 2 hours each. Total 8 Hours a day of reservations.
- Weekend reservations, the exterior to Holmes is locked. A staff member from the IML will reach out to you prior to the start of your reservation via email.
- Misuse/abuse of the spaces may prohibit future access/use to the spaces.
LAB HOURS:
Weekdays: 9AM - 8PM
Weekends: 12PM - 6PM
Holidays: CLOSED
