XR Immersive Media Lab Reservation Calendar

This reservation calender is for CAMD users ONLY and for individual computers spaces in the XR Immersive Media Lab.

NOTICE:

• We're rolling out a new check-in system across all Media Studios Organization labs, studios, and makerspaces.
  

  When you arrive, simply stop at the entry and present your Husky Card — a staff member will check you in using the new system. Thank you for your patience as we get this new process up and running! 

LAB SPACES/ RESOURCES:

The XR Immersive Media Lab is located in Holmes 374. The lab consisits of three seperate rooms as described below. Interested in viewing the lab layout? Click this link to see our floor plan.

• Testing Room (HO378) - PC1 to PC9 is for XR uses. Individual PC stations dedicated for roomscale XR.
• Development Room (HO377) - PC12 to PC18 for XR development and 360 video editing. Individual PC stations dedicated for editing 360 videos, working in Unity/Unreal Engine or other uses in stationary mode.
• Classroom (HO375) - PC10 and PC11 for XR research, motion capture sessions and those wanting a seperate space for roomscale XR.

IMPORTANT:

• Supersaas reservations are for individual users only. Please reach out to the Manager for class, research, events or other large group reservation needs.
• PC reservations include one roomscale or stationary space.
• No shows after the first 30 minutes, users will be emailed and reservations canceled.
• NO FOOD OR DRINK in any of the LAB SPACES.
• Please include any details in the reservation description about additional resources needed.
• Reservations can be up to 4 hours with a maximum of 4 reservations per day.
• Reservations can only be made up to 7 days in advance.

SEMESTER
Weekdays: 9:00AM - 8:00PM
Weekends: 12:00PM - 6:00PM
Holidays: CLOSED
