Bookings are available only one week in advance, from Wednesday to Wednesday.
Key return: Wednesday 18:40 to 18:50
Key pick up: Wednesday 18:50 to 19:00
If you don’t come to pick the key at the right time, you will lose your booking.
If you don’t come to return the key at the right time, you will lose 200kr from your deposit.
Facility details:
● Address: Forskarbacken 10, floor -1
● Maximum people capacity at a time: 15
● Usage hours: 10:00 – 22:00
● The room can only be used for film viewing. Parties, gatherings, and other activities are strictly not allowed.
● Price: Free. Deposit: 500 kr (cash or swish) + Printed copy of ID
Contract Prerequisites:
1. The tenant has a valid Lappkärrsberget tenancy agreement with SSSB
2. The tenant has paid the necessary deposit.
Rules:
- The room should only be used for watching movies only.
- The room can only be used from 10:00 to 22:00
- The maximum capacity is 15 people
- You should only watch a single movie, and keep a moderate volume
- You should only use the room on the day that you booked
- Report any damage to equipment, and clean the room after use. If when you enter the room is dirty please report it back to the Instagram page or to the email cinema@lom.nu. If you leave the room without cleaning it you will loose 200 kr from your deposit.
- Return the key next Wednesday from 18:40 to 18:50
If you fail to follow the rules, you will lose your deposit.
You are liable for the cost of noise complaints (usually 2400 kr) and other damages.
