How to Reserve Tools

Starting October 1, 2026:  There will be a delievery fee if you would like tools delivered to your farm.

  1. Select your tool and rental dates below to complete your reservation.
  2. Tools can either be picked up at Paradise Storage or delivered to your farm (for a donation).
  3. Pick-up and drop-off are available Fridays from 10:00–11:30 AM.
  4. Deliveries (drop off and pick ups) are also on Fridays and will be scheduled with you directly

Rental & Delivery Details

  • Price/Donation to rent tools: No minimum donation — donate what you can.
  • Delivery fee (donation) for small tools: $50
  • Delivery fee (donation) for larger tools: $75 (e.g., tiller, wood chipper)
  • Minimum reservation: 1 week
  • Maximum reservation: 4 weeks
  • Need it longer? Please update in the system to edit your reservation 
  • Delieveries/Pick Ups/Drop offs: On Fridays
  • Truck: 2-wheel drive

Process

  1. Login or sign up to SuperSaas. (The Tool Library reservation system is separate from the MFSN website.)
  2. Select your tool and rental dates below to reserve the tool(s) you need.
  3. Choose pick-up at Paradise Storage or delivery when arranging your tool.
  4. Make a donation on the MFSN website: https://www.mauifarmernetwork.org/donate

Tool Library Hours

  • Pick Up and Delieveries at Paradise Storage: Fridays from 10:00–11:30 AM
    • Come to Paradise Storage during these hours for tool pick-up or drop-off.
  • Delieveries: Fridays, we will contact you for delievery and pick up times

To View or Modify Current Reservations

  1. Select "Agenda" from the dropdown at the top of the calendar on the left-hand side.
  2. This will allow you to view, change, or delete your reservation.
