Schedule for Passport Appointments

Appointments are required.

If you have tested positive for COVID-19, have symptoms of COVID-19, or have been advised by a medical professional to self-quarantine, please wait to schedule your appointment and call to cancel any scheduled appointments.

A temperature check and health screening will be administered at your appointment time. All applicants are asked to wear a mask during their appointment.
