Schedule for Hot Shop Rental

1. If you have to reschedule your slot, don't cancel and re-book. Just open up the reservation and change the date/time. Please indicate if you are blowing solo or who will be assisting you in the description field.

2. If you have to cancel, do so at least 24 hrs in advance. Cancellations less than 24 hrs in advance must be made by an administrator; email ottawaglasscoop@gmail.com. Please note that you will be charged for blow slots cancelled less than 24 hrs in advance if the reason for cancellation is a non-emergency.

3. You are responsible for lighting up the glory hole, even if there is someone ahead of you in the schedule. Any number of circumstances may cause the person ahead of you to finish early and shut off the hole. Communicate with your fellow members, and check the schedule before you head out to the hot shop.

4. If you blow for longer than you originally booked (because the slot after yours in available) please email ottawaglasscoop@gmail.com with details. You will receive and invoice for the extra hours rented.

5.  Sometimes the public classes partially block a blow slot. If you wish to start right after a class but can't book that time please email us and we'll figure this out with the instructor. 

 

Please note: if you are using Supersaas schedule on a mobile platform, the scheduled classes may not display. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and choose Show Desktop. Times that have been booked off for classes will appear as unavailable.
