Hardin-Houston Kindergarten Screening

Kindergarten Screening will take place March 12th and 13th at Hardin-Houston.

If all slots are full, please contact the school at (937) 295-3010 and we will assist you.

Documents to Bring to Screening: 

• Birth certificate (CERTIFIED COPY)

• Immunization records (5 DPT, 4 Polio, 2 MMR, Chickenpox, Hepatitis B series)

• Copy of legal documents if custody is involved

Children who turn 5 by the first day of school are eligible for kindergarten.
