  • Make sure that your voicemail includes the convenient option to book online. By automatically directing callers to the online booking option, you’ll save time that would typically be spent listening to voicemail messages and returning calls.
  • Review your statistics via the “Reporting” tab under “Supervise”. You can also create any customized report by downloading all booking details to Excel via the “Download” tab.
  • When you integrate the schedule into your website, make sure customers can easily find the schedule. Visitors to your site will likely miss the schedule if it’s on your contact page, so we advise that you create a separate page with a tab called “Online Bookings” or “Make a Reservation” to ensure that clients are aware that you offer this option.
